Half Moon Bay to Okiwi Bay

Half Moon Bay to Okiwi Bay is closed post-earthquake.

Link to DOC alert and information...

Big climbs on old farm tracks and logging roads over retired farmland with great views of the ocean and Seaward Kaikoura Ranges.

A popular approach to the Half Moon Bay to Okiwi Bay trail is to start at Okiwi Bay for a pleasant warmup along the road before beginning the climb out of Half Moon Bay.

Commentary will be updated when this ride is accessible again.
